At Papermog, we take your privacy and data security seriously. This policy describes how we collect, store, and process your information when you interact with our platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect basic profile details, such as email addresses, when you create an account or subscribe. We also store bookmarks, subscription status, and deduplicated paper-open metrics needed to operate the research and billing experience.
2. PDF Processing & Summarization
Documents parsed on behalf of our users are cached locally. AI summarizations and verifiability reviews are conducted using Google AI/Gemini services. No uploaded files are used for training public baseline models.
3. Payment & Transactions
Payment transactions for our Pro Upgrade tiers are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card credentials on our servers.
4. Support Inquiries
If you contact support via papermog@gmail.com, we will only use your contact details to resolve your technical issues or questions.
