String theory predicts the existence of fundamental strings vibrating at frequencies on the order of the Planck scale (∼ 1043 Hz), which are currently beyond experimental de- tection. This paper proposes a novel experimental approach to measure these frequencies indirectly by exploiting the extreme gravitational redshift near artificial micro-singularities. A toroidal plasma Lorentz cage is used to confine a short-lived, charged Kerr-Newman sin- gularity generated via high-energy gamma-ray pulses from a free-electron laser powered by matter-antimatter annihilation. The emitted Hawking radiation, modulated by the string vi- brations at the event horizon (per the fuzzball hypothesis), undergoes gravitational redshift, transforming the Planck-scale frequencies into a detectable gamma-ray spectrum (1019–1022 Hz). A Fourier transformation model is presented to extract the invariant string frequency signature from the thermal Hawking spectrum. The experiment’s feasibility, safety protocols (via evaporation), and potential implications for warp drive technologies are discussed.
