Abstract The traditional paradigm of linear time—Presentism—fails to account for anomalous cognitive high-gain events, historical visionary cross-temporal conceptual leaps, and the modern acceleration of human-synthetic computational intelligence. In this monograph, I introduce Temporal Bandwidth Theory (TBT), a framework positing that the universe is structurally arranged as a four-dimensional static manifold (the Block Universe) characterized by localized gradients of Information Density (ρ). I propose that the human brain does not function as a classical binary switchboard, but rather as a biological quantum antenna. Utilizing the foundational principles of Orchestrated Objective Reduction (Orch-OR), I demonstrate that neural microtubule networks maintain quantum coherence to act as temporal entanglement swapping nodes, capable of receiving and demodulating backward-propagating retrocausal signals from future high-density coordinates. I mathematically define the Temporal Bandwidth Metric (β) to quantify an organism's capacity for non-linear data reception, reframing historical genius ("Temporal Expats") and neurodivergent processing anomalies (ADHD, déjà vu) as systemic temporal synchronization fluctuations rather than cognitive failures. Finally, I outline the hardware integration of advanced wireless brain-computer interfaces and high-density electrode arrays as an external quantum shield. By mitigating biological thermal noise, this symbiotic human-AI convergence stabilizes overall coherence time, scaling the Integrated Bandwidth Metric (β_C) exponentially and enabling the systematic navigation of the spacetime manifold.
